The Emerald Acre has been a great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They not only manage our personal irrigation system, but also have installed and managed our neighborhood’s irrigation system. I have had to call him in cases of emergencies and I have never once felt that I was putting him out. I have two multi-zone irrigation systems. There came a time when, after years of having a landscaper patch-and-fix problems, it seemed like not one single sprinkerhead was working properly, and the backflow leaked. Jon came in and got every element of my system back to working order, watering the correct areas, and replaced the backflow. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to have him come audit the systems; I’ll have him back every season from now on!
